I hope and pray that I'm wrong. The Corporatists have siezed the power using the name of America. They will NOT give it up easily, it will have to be wrenched from them. They have rent the Constitution, to the point it is almost unrecognizable. And as you pointed out, are making dissent an act of terrorism.
